Franchising is a mainstream and multifaceted business plan that
catches a sizeable part of the business around the world.Nowadays globalized
world, associations would like to reach out to have an overall closeness.Both
franchising and internationalization are important subjects of study, in the
existent writing little consideration has been given to these two points
consolidated.
The main purpose is identifying the factors influencing international franchising
firms while entering a new market. A survey was conducted to investigate the
relation between market entry, market expansion and characteristics of
franchisors and franchising firms. The results of the survey and studies
identifies different factors that influence international franchisors choices such
as international business experience, cultural distance, risk spreading, and
maturity of the franchising system, franchisor brand image, franchisee trust and
