Background : Running is one of the most widespread activities during which overuse injures of the lower extremity occur. Long-distance running is very popular among participants of recreational sports . Objectives : The purpose of this study was to identify changes in degree of Q-angle , degree of foot pronation and hamstring flexibility as a significant predictor of overuse running related musculoskeletal injures in distance runners as a result of their participation in training and competition .
