Learning content is introduced by 'Storytelling', a picture dictionary visualises active vocabulary and a great deal of attention is paid to repetition as well as automation. Self-guided language acquisition achieves the most permanent results. As a result, Menschen gives 'learner autonomy' a position of central importance. Different forms of learning - from songs and exercises involving movement to games and film sequences - have been perfectly coordinated to provide a concept of integrated skills
capable of increasing success rates. The possibilities offered by digital media have been utilised extensively.
