<br/><br/> A 22 years old female patient presented to MSA clinics with bad oral hygiene,<br/>badly decayed teeth, and remaining roots. A treatment plan was set to restore<br/>both function and esthetics. The treatment plan started with periodontal<br/>therapy, followed by conservative therapy to restore all the badly decayed<br/>teeth. Then endodontic therapy was performed in all non-vital teeth.<br/>Furthermore, prosthetic therapy was performed. Surgical plan involved surgical<br/>extraction of non-restorable teeth, and implant placement. Virtual planning<br/>using Blue Sky Bio program was used to guide to the perfect alignment of<br/>implants, bone density measurements and finally surgical guide fabrication<br/>which was then 3D printed to be used in surgery
