Radiographic examination through CBCT revealed adequate bone height and narrow width anteriorly. Implants were planned to be inserted bilaterally at the lower first premolar areas for their adequate width. Bilateral surgical flaps were reflected at the planned areas, and implants were inserted using the pre-fabricated surgical guide after sequential drilling. Implants left for 3 months for osseointegration, then Pick-up impression technique was made for the locator attachment to provide denture retention provided that it is accurately positioned regarding occlusion
