The objective of this project is to increase the productivity of the electrical cable factory to satisfying all customer orders. This project aims to implementing lean tools to monitoring all processes in the production line. This project focus on uses Pareto chart to find the priority of the specific product problem, also uses value stream mapping to monitor the production line and identify the location of bottleneck, use the line balancing to improve the productivity .In this project also use the theory of constrains to find the optimum speed of sheathing machine to increase its productivity. This project implement single minute exchange of die methodology to decrease set up time of insulation machine.
